These Terms & Conditions outline the respectful boundaries and professional standards that guide my celebrant services. By engaging with my website or booking a ceremony, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered

I offer bespoke celebrant services for weddings, funerals, naming ceremonies, vow renewals, and other significant milestones. Each ceremony is crafted with heartfelt attention to your story.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your ceremony date. This is typically 50% of the Total Fee (as outlined in your contract).

• Full payment is due 30 days before the ceremony date (as outlined in your contract).

• Payment details will be confirmed at time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

The non-refundable deposit is always retained. In addition, a tiered fee structure applies to late cancellations: 50% of the Total Fee is due if cancelled within 90 days, and 100% is due if cancelled within 30 days of the ceremony date.

4. Ceremony Postponements

If your ceremony needs to be rescheduled, I’ll do my utmost to accommodate a new date. I kindly ask for as much notice as possible to ensure availability.

5. Changes to Ceremony Details

You’re welcome to adjust your ceremony plans, and I’ll do my best to reflect those changes sensitively. Substantial revisions may incur additional fees or require rescheduling.

6. Intellectual Property

All ceremony scripts, original writings, and creative content remain my intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-commercial, personal license to use their final script.

7. Website Use

This website is here to inform and inspire. Please do not reproduce or redistribute its content without permission.

8. Digital Products

If I offer downloadable content, templates, or ceremony resources, these are intended for personal use only. Please do not resell or republish without express written consent.

9. Testimonials

Testimonials shared on this site represent authentic experiences and feedback. I only publish kind words with permission and with gratitude.
